Service is provided under the written agreement covering that work. Nothing on this site creates a service obligation by itself.
Prices are shown at the point of purchase. Payment is taken by PayPal or Square or Stripe; placing an order authorises that charge.
Where you purchase a subscription it continues until you cancel it, and cancelling stops the next renewal while access continues to the end of the period already paid for.
Digital goods and access are delivered immediately, so they are generally not refundable once delivered. If something is not as described, contact us and we will put it right.
