This report is generated by BiomedRx Field

Every status, timeline entry, approved photo, and result on this page is written automatically by our technician's BiomedRx Field — no manual updates. When the app is installed and connected to the server, each service event appears here live.

The app posts structured work-order events to the BiomedRx API / Work Order Engine; the server publishes the approved, client-safe view to this URL. Access is role-based; sensitive media is held for admin review before release.

What you are looking at

This is a sample of the report every client receives, populated with fictional data so the layout and the level of detail are visible without exposing anyone's records. In production a client signs in and sees only their own facility.

The layout here is the BiomedRx standard format. If your organisation needs specific fields captured, that is a conversation worth having at the start.

How the information gets here

Records are entered in the field at the time the work is done rather than reconstructed later from memory, and they appear in the portal without anyone re-keying them. That is what keeps the dates and readings accurate.

Each entry carries what was done, to what standard, by whom, and when it is next due - the four facts an auditor asks for.

Why it is built this way

Every BiomedRx client gets this, not just the large ones. The reporting is part of the service rather than an upgrade.

The moment a service record matters most is the moment it is being questioned: an inspection, an incident review, an insurance query. A report that can be produced in seconds, with a date and a signature on it, is worth considerably more than a folder someone has to go and find.

Access is per-client. Nobody sees another facility's records, and the portal is reachable only by people the client has authorised.
