What you can do in the BiomedRx App

BiomedRx Field runs on the BiomedRx App platform, so the same account works across the BiomedRx network — including BiomedRx. Four groups, one platform. A Basic membership is free. Premium BMET membership is $45 per month, and ISO membership is $100 per month. BiomedRx employees and affiliate HTM company staff have free access.

Public users and BMETs

Basic free · Premium $45 per month

Anyone can hold a BiomedRx App membership — an independent technician, an in-house biomed who wants a second opinion at two in the morning, a shop owner weighing whether to join a larger network, or a candidate who wants to work in healthcare technology management. A membership is the front door to BiomedRx, and it opens the same biomed AI the network's own technicians carry into hospitals.

Start free, or go Premium for $45 per month
A Basic membership is free and opens the member network, news and training listings. Premium is billed monthly, renews until you cancel, and can be cancelled in the app at any time. There is no equipment purchase, no per-seat licence to negotiate and no annual commitment.
Use the app's biomed AI to troubleshoot medical equipment
Give the app the device and the symptom, and the biomed AI works the fault with you — across a wide range of equipment, not only the models you service every week. It is built for the call you did not plan for: an unfamiliar model, an intermittent alarm, an error code with no manual in the room. AI output is an informational aid for qualified technicians; verify it against manufacturer documentation before acting.
Get first-hand knowledge of upcoming BiomedRx projects
Members see BiomedRx projects as they are coming rather than reading about them afterwards, which matters if you are deciding where to position a shop, what to staff for, or whether to bid.
Apply for employment with BiomedRx or one of its affiliate HTM companies
Employment applications to BiomedRx and to its affiliate healthcare technology management companies are made through the app, so your background and certifications reach the people doing the hiring.
Bid on service requests as a Premium BMET or ISO member
Premium BMET members ($45 per month) and independent service organizations ($100 per month) that meet the network's certification, good-standing and insurance requirements can bid on open service requests from hospitals and manufacturers. ISOs apply through the app to join the BiomedRx International Service Network, and the app becomes the tool you use to take dispatched work.
Get tech support from our network of BMET users
Questions are answered by working biomedical equipment technicians on the BiomedRx network, around the clock whenever a member is available. Support is peer advice for qualified technicians, not an emergency service.

BiomedRx employees, affiliates and network members

Employees free · Network members by membership

Once you work for BiomedRx or an affiliate healthcare technology management company, or are an accepted Premium BMET or ISO member of the BiomedRx service network, the app becomes the tool of the trade. The feature set is complete — the app carries the job from the moment it is dispatched to the moment you are paid for it.

Have full access to the BiomedRx app
Employees and affiliate staff have no membership charge from the point of hire; network members keep their Premium BMET or ISO membership active. Access follows the person, not a workstation, because biomedical work does not happen at a desk.
Use all of the app's AI features
Troubleshooting, record keeping, automated electrical safety testing, PM procedures, manuals and schematics, and logistics — the full set, not a limited tier. AI output is an aid to, not a substitute for, the technician's judgment and the manufacturer's procedures. Electrical safety testing is captured automatically, so the result lands in the device record instead of on a clipboard, and PM procedures are OEM-specific rather than generic.
Have the online service report interface updated automatically through the app, with pictures and video when needed
You document the job once, on site. The client's online service report updates itself from that — including photographs and video where a finding needs to be seen rather than described. Nothing is retyped and nothing waits for the drive back.
Be dispatched and manage manufacturer field service calls from the BiomedRx Network
Manufacturer field service calls come to you through the BiomedRx Network with the work order already in your hand — facility, equipment, priority and route — and you manage the call to close from the same screen.
Bill clients on-site
The invoice comes off the documented work before you leave the building, so billing is not a second round of data entry against a memory of what happened.
Receive payroll and/or service reimbursement
Employees are paid and network members are reimbursed from the same record of the work, which is why documenting it once is enough.

Healthcare providers

Hospitals, clinics, surgery centers and laboratories

For a hospital, a clinic, a surgery center or a laboratory, the app is how you ask for work and how you follow it. You are not waiting on a phone call for status, and you are not chasing paperwork to prove a device was serviced — the record builds itself as the work happens, and it is there when a surveyor asks.

Submit service requests
Raise a request against the device that is down, from the floor, without a phone tree.
Initiate service contract agreements
Move from one-off calls to a contracted relationship in the app, covering the equipment and the schedule your facility actually runs.
View service history and work order status through the app and through our online interface
Every visit, result and signature stays with the device. You can see where an open job stands, and you can pull the history of a device years later without opening a filing cabinet.
Pay invoices through the app
Settle against work you can already see documented, so the invoice and the evidence for it are the same record.

Medical device manufacturers

OEMs and their field service organizations

For a medical device manufacturer, the app is nationwide field coverage without building a field organization. Calls are dispatched into the BiomedRx Network, and every technician who arrives is expected to work from your procedures and return the same documentation standard. Your product, quality-system and reporting obligations stay with you.

Submit service requests
Raise a field service call anywhere the network reaches, without flying an engineer to it.
Initiate service contract agreements
Put coverage on contract — by product line, by region, or by the install base you need supported.
View service history and work order status through the app and through our online interface
See what was found in the field on your equipment, by serial number, with the photographs and results attached. That record is worth as much to engineering as it is to service.
Pay invoices through the app
Settle completed calls against the documentation they produced.

Membership, network applications and account access are handled at biomedrx.app. Use of the BiomedRx App is subject to the BiomedRx End User License Agreement, which every user accepts at sign-up, including its risk warnings, insurance requirements and limits of liability. Service Members must carry the insurance it requires. The app is not an emergency service: in a life-threatening situation, follow your facility's emergency procedures.
