Information you send us. If you contact us, request a quote or submit a form, we receive what you choose to provide — typically your name, email address, telephone number and the details of your enquiry.
Technical information your browser sends automatically when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and the site that referred you.
Account and purchase information if you buy from us or subscribe: the email address you register, what you bought, and the record of that transaction. Card details are entered on the payment provider's own systems and are never received or stored by us.
This site shows a cookie notice on your first visit and records your choice. You can change it at any time through that notice.
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used — which pages are read, how visitors arrive, and where they leave. It sets cookies and sends usage data to Google, who process it on our behalf. We use it to improve the site, not to identify you personally.
